Trauma trained Therapy for individuals ages 12+ and Couples
Rooted in Safety. Growing with Courage.
Courage to Heal Therapy.
Where curiosity, compassion, and the wisdom of the body guide the healing process.
Healing Begins with Courage
Starting therapy takes courage. So does slowing down long enough to notice what has been carried in your body, your story, and your relationships.
I named this practice Courage to Heal Therapy because healing is rarely about “fixing” yourself. More often, it is about gently turning toward the parts of your story that have been shaped by pain, survival, or disconnection. With curiosity, compassion, and support, those experiences can begin to soften and integrate.
In our work together, we will pay attention not only to thoughts and patterns, but also to the wisdom of the body and the deeper beliefs that were formed along the way. My hope is to create a space where you feel safe enough to explore, untangle what no longer serves you, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that have always been worthy of care.
Because healing does not happen through force — it happens through courage, curiosity, and connection.
Hi, I’m Madelynn.
So many of the patterns we carry began as ways to survive. In our work together, we’ll slow down, listen to your body, and approach your story with curiosity and compassion so healing can unfold.
I’m passionate about working with clients who senses that the old stories they’ve lived by no longer serve them, even if those stories once helped them survive. They carry the lasting impact of caregivers who couldn’t fully show up, and their body still holds those experiences through tension, vigilance, or shutdown. They feel stuck in trauma responses and core beliefs that feel true despite knowing better. They long to feel safe, grounded, and at home in their body, and know they need more than talk therapy—they’re ready for healing that is compassionate and embodied, yet honest enough to challenge the patterns keeping them stuck.
Specializing in helping clients untangle from patterns that no longer serve them and live a life shaped by intention rather than survival.
